I'm calm, a little silly, and honest in all the good ways. I bring warmth, dry humor, and a shit-ton of compassion for what you’re going through. I'll also challenge you, gently, because you're not here to just vent. You're here for real change.
I use EMDR, parts work, and attachment-informed therapy to help you get to the root of your issues. Not just manage it, but really move past it. If you're queer, neurodivergent, or just tired of explaining yourself to a therapist, I’m here for all of these things.

Let’s use specific techniques to get you out and about, living your best life (or close to it) and not just sitting in the dark with your cat, thinking about all the things you could be doing, but are talking yourself out of. A more rich and laughter-inducing life is possible, and session after session can add up to just that.

Identifying as queer is not a problem. LGBTQIA+ therapy is all about focusing on this awesome part of who you are with a safe place to heal and sift through relationships, careers, transitions, social justice, any of it. With me.
