Investment
Investing in yourself is one of the bravest things you can do.
Therapy is an investment in your happiness and future. And it's okay if that feels like a lot right now. But think about what it would mean to wake up and feel lighter. To stop dreading the things that used to send your anxiety spiraling. To finally feel at home in your own skin.
You spend so much of your energy taking care of everything and everyone around you. Therapy is the one thing that's just for you. And the beautiful part is that the healing you do here ripples outward into every corner of your life. Your relationships, your confidence, your peace. It doesn't expire. It grows with you.
You're worth investing in.

No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimates
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
