Seriously, you’re the best at knowing exactly how to show up for your family, your friends, your partner, your dog…all of them. 

You make sure everyone else is taken care of and you give it an A+. And anything less just doesn’t feel acceptable. You make sure even your boss knows that you will do anything and everything with no less than 200% effort, and can top it off with an iced mocha at every chance you get. 

Which has basically made you a superhero. AND even though you look like you have your sh*t together on the outside, and all your people think you are amazing, wonderful, and successful…

on the inside you are consumed with negative thoughts, self doubt, not feeling “good enough”, exhausted because nothing you do ever seems like it’s good enough, and like little mistakes or anything less than an A+ just makes it all 10x worse.

When we do EMDR therapy together, it’s going to be very different from talk therapy. The whole idea of EMDR is that you do some powerful and deep healing using a gentle and proven method…

All those negative thoughts you have about yourself? EMDR will melt those and flip those into positive ones.

1st session
Our initial session is all about discovery and chatting about what you have been through, and where you want relief. We figure out the root of what’s going on and a path forward for healing.

How EMDR works

2nd Session
We build and strengthen calming skills that will help you feel strong, calm, and supported throughout your healing and outside of sessions.

3rd session
We keep building on grounding skills if we need to, and if not, we start EMDR on an area, memory, or event that you’re bothered by. We will use tapping on your arms or legs, eye movement, or sound.


4th Session
We continue working on that specific area, memory, or event until you are at a very low level of distress and feel more at peace. Oftentimes this is where negative beliefs about you have flipped! Yess!

More about Our Sessions:

All sessions are the traditional 50 minute sessions. 

There is no fee increase for EMDR sessions.

I will be right there with you checking in, asking questions, and guiding, when needed, along the way. 

We will go with the flow and you do not need to know the root of where these struggles came from. It’s not about having huge traumas, lots of traumas, or just one trauma. 

I will help you figure out where to start. Any healing is possible with EMDR.
